Individual Therapy

ADHD in adults isn’t just about distraction—it’s about emotional intensity, executive dysfunction, and the chronic frustration of not living up to your own potential.

You might be burned out from masking, overwhelmed by basic tasks, or feeling stuck in shame from years of trying harder and still not getting it “right.” Therapy can help you build structure without shame and find strategies that actually work with your brain, not against it.

You’ve been strong for so long

You’re used to powering through. Work deadlines, caretaking, emotional labor—it all gets done. But lately, you’re wondering: what happens if I stop? Therapy gives you space to ask that question without judgment. It’s not weakness. It’s maintenance for your mind.

Autism Support for Adults

Therapy with me is designed for autistic adults to feel understood, supported, and celebrated for who they are. You don’t have to mask here. This is a space where you can show up as your full self—without trying to fit a mold that wasn’t made for you.

We can explore whatever is most pressing for you: sensory overload, workplace stress, navigating relationships, masking, identity, or feeling emotionally drained. I’ve worked closely with many low-support needs autistic individuals and deeply value the unique strengths, perspectives, and resilience you bring.

If you’ve always felt a little different, socially, emotionally, or neurologically, you’re not broken. You might be autistic, and just now realizing that explains a lot.

Therapy gives you a space to explore what that means for your identity, relationships, and daily life. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or self-identifying, this is a neurodivergent-affirming space where your experience is valid and your needs matter.

It’s okay to feel overwhelmed

Many autistic adults describe feeling worn out by the constant pressure to meet expectations, socialize in ways that don’t feel natural, or suppress their instincts. Therapy can help you better understand your needs, strengthen your boundaries, and explore what balance looks like for you.

So much of therapy (and the world) focuses on “fitting in.” My approach is different. I see you as whole and capable. I center your strengths, validate your experience, and support your goals, whether that means managing stress, improving self-understanding, or processing past hurt.

You’re not too much. You don’t need to be fixed. You deserve therapy that sees and supports all of you.

Codependence & Relationship Recovery

If you’ve spent your life prioritizing other people’s needs, avoiding conflict, or doubting your own reality—you may be dealing with codependence or the lasting impact of a narcissistic relationship.

Therapy can help you set boundaries, break old relational patterns, and rebuild trust in yourself. You deserve relationships that are mutual, safe, and honest—including the one you have with yourself.

You’ve been trained to disappear

Maybe it happened slowly—saying yes when you meant no, hiding feelings to keep the peace, ignoring your gut. Codependence isn’t a flaw. It’s a learned response. In therapy, we’ll start unlearning. You’ll get to ask, What do I want? What do I need? And then you’ll get to honor it.

How Do I Know if Therapy is Right for Me?

If you’re asking the question, there’s a good chance therapy could help. You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit. Maybe you’re feeling stuck in patterns you can’t explain, overwhelmed by anxiety or self-doubt, or constantly putting others’ needs ahead of your own. Therapy is for people who are functioning—but tired of just managing. It’s a space to slow down, hear yourself think, and make intentional changes with support. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself and less like you’re just getting through the day, therapy might be exactly the right next step.
